Returns **are accepted** and all claims handled promptly as long as you contact us within 24 hours of your receipt of the item/s for instructions.
Refunds are made by check or PayPal unless other arrangements are made.
Claims are handled by your delivery post office and we will furnish you with the necessary information and forms for submitting the claim.

*Lot and multiple/bulk purchases are NOT returnable.

POSTAGE AND HANDLING
Heavier items or Foreign orders will require seperate postage quote which we will provide upon receipt of the shipping address.
