This is a solid band mother of pearl ring size 5 with a darker shell inlay at the top and flat oval base. I believe this to be a mourning or remembrance ring that would normally have a photo on the oval top. This one has no photo - could have been a sample or the photo could have just worn off. Don't see too many of them and this one is in good condition. Ring is actually a creamier color than is shown in photo. Just over 1/2" wide at top.#18302 $45

Fabulous mourning pendant features faceted black glass background with gold and seed pearl top design. A couple of the tiny seed pearls are missing but would not be difficult to replace. The bezel tests 10K+. The pendant has a place on the back where the hairwork can be saved and apparently there was a glass cover at one time, but it is missing. MOR16207 - $35
This is the pendant only - no hairwork included.

Death is a Dialogue between,
The Spirit and the Dust.
-Emily Dickinson

For what is it to die, But to stand in the sun and melt into the wind? And when the Earth has claimed our limbs, Then we shall truly dance.

--Kahlil Gibran

There is no death. Only a change of worlds.

Hold on to what is good even if it is a handful of earth.
Hold on to what you believe even if it is a tree which stands by itself.
Hold on to what you must do even if it is a long way from here.
Hold on to life even when it is easier letting go.
Hold on to my hand even when I have gone away from you.

- Pueblo Blessing

Beautiful Victorian hairwork bracelet 6" x approximately 1" width. Two rows of woven braided hair each end caught in an engraved clasp (believe it to be gold filled) with a center ornate locket with beveled glass also featuring a woven hair design. Engraved on the back of the center piece in script are the words "From Anna". This is in good condition with the exception of slight fraying of the hair closest to the clasps. The rest is tightly woven. A great addition to your collection of hair,mourning or sentimental jewelry.

Do not stand at my grave and weep;
I am not there. I do not sleep.
I am a thousands winds that blow.
I am the diamond glints on snow.
I am the sunlight on ripened grain.
I am the gentle autumn rain.
When you awaken in the morning's hush
I am the swift uplifting rush
Of quiet birds in circled flight.
I am the soft stars that shine at night.
Do not stand at my grave and cry;
I am not there. I did not die.
